"What a great home for gathering and accommodating a larger group! We appreciated the ample and comfy seating options, open floor plan and room to move both indoors and out. Beds were wonderful according to everyone I asked, and bathrooms were all modern and spacious too. Be advised, the two bunk rooms are on the second floor and the staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Given that all three bathrooms are on the first floor, upstairs guests will be traversing the stairs at night, if needed. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs for that and the occasional train! We ran into two unusual issues with the hot water going out our first night, and then with some ants in the game area after heavy rain the next day, but the hosts were very quick to respond on both accounts. I would still highly recommend this rental option if you are considering it for sporting events or group travel to the Dyersville area. "
