“Wonderful home!! I would recommend this to anyone coming to Springville. Rooms are big, house was clean and comfortable, location is quiet and secluded but still close to the town. ”

“I really liked everything. But. My room 308 was traffic noisy. From the room the view was great with quiet street. After I turned out lights, I heard trucks and cars with muffler problems and high speeds. If i had been sleeping, i might not have noticed but I was still awake at 12:00AM”

“I really like that it was a separate A-frame, which made it seem morePrivate.Host was really easy to communicate with. If I could change a few things I would say a privacy shade on the front door would’ve been nice. Couch was a little uncomfortable would’ve been nice to have a television in the bedroom. Also air conditioner was very loud.”

“Room was a little dirty with some dead fly's, pubes in tub, tub that didn’t drain, dirty remote. The larger 3 pool complex with a kiddie pool and lifeguards is not included. Seems others misunderstood like me. I was able to check in early so that was great”

“On our trip to Vermont we wanted a comfortable place to stay half way. This was a great find. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy. He enjoyed being able to roam the yard free, just as if he were at home.Communication with the host was excellent and he was available for any questions we had.The two main rooms in the apartment were spacious and it was nice having tv's in both.
