"This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. The house is spotless and fully stocked with every necessary amenity. The beds were comfortable, the front and back porches are fully furnished, the backyard is private, the firepit has seating, and the country store is a wonderful adventure. Sandy is an amazing host. Always smiling and accommodating, she's available, responsive, and friendly (as is her staff at the country store). "

"Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! "

"Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!"
