Peaceful and relaxing retreat for couples and families.The Barn boasts open plan living and kitchen area, with fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and dryer. Free wifi . 44 inch smart TV. Large patio Children and pets are welcome(pet subject to fee). Travel cot available please bring own bedding for cot. Free parking on site The space The cottage was refurbished with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a quaint fire place with log burner. Large outdoor patio with BBQ , table, parasol and chairs.Close to the public footpath with some lovely walks.full use of the three acre field to have a picnic by the River Trent. Guest access Easy access with one step and The Barn is all on one floor. Other things to note rWithin 2 miles of local super markets. Two miles from market town of Melbourne. 2 miles from chellaston that has post office, shops and pizza take away. 2 miles from Moorways sports village.
