Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Needs improvement
Condos needs lots of updates and improvements. Needs updating and better cleaning, fixing some broken items. Sounds like under new management and they are working to make much needed improvements. Great location. Pool and grounds are nice. The beach is lovely with clear water and white sand, and the Back Porch is a great restaurant on the beach with good food and drinks. The beach is busy, you can rent a tent and chairs (optional) and get out early if you want a front spot on the beach next to the water.

This was our first visit to Barefoot Beach Club but it will not be our last! The hotel was updated and modern with spacious two bedroom units. We selected a partial ocean view and loved the view and space for our family of 4. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel had a large and expansive private beach. This was the best hotel stay in our 3 week trip.
