“Zero complaints! Nice stay!”

“Perfect little getaway weekend for my partner and I! Spent a long hot day at the Zoo before checking in. Coming back to this property by the creek while it was raining, we opened the windows and crawled into the comfiest bed ever… best power nap of all time. We loved being able to hear the sounds of the creek and the whole area was just beautiful! Cute little coffee shop/bakery just down the road too. All around great experience, would highly recommend.”

“The house was very cozy and comfortable. The location was very nice and quiet. If we go back to Colorado we will try to get the property again. We were close to Old Colorado and spent time there and at the Flying W Ranch. Thanks Shari so much for the rental.”

“This is a basement with high toddler traffic above you. Area clean but old, stains on couch where you would sit. Poor lighting outside. We decided to just drive home rather than stay the night If looking for something very basic, probably would work.”

“The PeakView Guesthouse was incredibly well located and fully stocked with essentials, necessities and even lots of extras. Jeff at the PeakView Guesthouse provided multiples of everything we needed and even a variety of snacks, a s’mores kit, tons of spices and condiments and other things needed for baking and cooking full meals. There were extra fans, space heaters, an air conditioner, games, puzzles, premium TV channels and apps., and so much more. We loved the hammock chairs outside under……

“I came to COS to visit my son stationed at Ft. Carson. The location was perfect for all of our adventures that weekend. About 20 mins from base and 20 mins or less to lots of attractions and places to explore. The apt. was clean , which was very pleasant since most places I’ve rented have been dirty in some way and I’ve had to clean before I could enjoy myself, but not here!!! That in itself made this place great! The owners were super nice and responded quickly with any questions I had. The……
