“Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. ”

“原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食”

“What a charming place! The breakfast was splendid. We ate one night of dinner board there and the second across the street at the sister restaurant. Was great to have that variety. The only drawback to our stay was the constant church bells every 15 mins and the rooster in the mornings. Be aware that the bells ring until 11 pm and start at 7 am. Made it hard to go to bed early or nap at all. I know this isn’t in the control of the hotel. But in the summer when you need the door/windows open it’s……

“The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. I dids not eat dinner but the breakfast and apres ski selections excellent and offered a lot of choices incl lox at breakfast, delicious fresh fruits. and cheese and meats and soup and pastries. fresh rolls and a salad bar after skiing. My room Was very clean and included a balcont with a great view of the Dolomites. Did not try the spa but everything is packed and ready for……

“This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of foods and everything was delicious! The only thing was that they didn’t offer tap water in the rooms, so we’d recommend stopping by the……
