“Des mgr he was horrible I asked for early check in He was not not his desk Maid called hi may be sleeping I asked for early check in asking extra money I told him I will complain to Expedia His response was he do not care Bathroom light was turning off every minutes Ask for iron he say he don’t provide it Breakfast was very cheap Toster even not working It’s horrible experience with this hotel Expedia need remove from your list of hotel In my opinion I need to be refunded 50% My pmt Saurin……

“The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The divided queen room with shared bathroom was perfect for two women traveling together. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. If you aren’t an early riser, ask for a room not facing east as the sun is bright and comes through the plantation shutters early and strong.”

“A couple of minor issues - when I checked in there was a cigarette butt on the floor and almost no toilet paper. Other than that, the room was fine and a good value.”

“There was nothing that I didn’t enjoy at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel room along with the gathering places was superb. Breakfast had multiple selections of well made options. We were so pleased with our 1 night stay!”

“I wish the toilets were a little higher. People with bad knees have trouble standing up from a lower bent position. I didn’t like that the AC cycled off and on during the night. I like it cold to sleep and even with the setting at 68 it got warm enough to have to remove the heavy blanket. The height of bed was difficult to get into for someone who is not tall with bad knees and back. The woman at the desk was excellent in coming up to our room to show us how to use the remote. “There were this terrible smell in the room”

“This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs……
