The AC unit was making a grinding sound every time it was working, and it woke us up a lot. The extra bed have a yellow mark on the mattress and the pillow smells. "The room carpet needs better vacuuming, there were a lot of lady bugs up against the walls. There was no room clean up, which I don’t understand why that is industry standard nowadays to have to specifically request for room service. People pay more for less service. The gym was serviceable, but pretty dirty as well. There was still a $10 fee for breakfast. This place was okay, there are at least a good amount of restaurants in the same shopping complex as the hotel. They have free bottled water, warm cookies and coffee in the mornings."

"Everything was great , clean rooms, great staff. I do think on weekends breakfast should start at 6am like the rest of the week when there is a big event going on in the area. We had to be at the event by 7 both mornings so we got no breakfast. Other than that it was a great experience "
