“The communication with the host was good when it came to the immediate needs of checking in. The property is by the highway and there was a window lock broken and the balcony door lock didn't latch. He has his helper come and fix that right away since I didn't feel safe. However, I rented the property because it had listed a queen bed and a futon. Apparently the furniture had been changed and the listing was not changed. This was a disappointment to me because that is the main reason I rented……

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“Lovely secluded small Hotel, very clean with charming rooms, wonderful fire pits and overlooking the river. We could not have asked for more and on top of it, it’s only a mile from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Staff were very helpful and the bed very comfortable.”
