“The room was fairly clean.We did find a water bottle top on our mattress. This property is severely understaffed. There was one woman working, she was cleaning rooms tending to anyone who called and needed help. While check in was not until three p m. We did arrive at one thirty and there were no rooms available.I have never experienced that in any other hotel. Regarding amenities, there was no shampoo or body wash in the containers in the shower.
