"Great friendly service . The family suite is nice & spacious, just the only down fall was the hot water running out half way through 1 shower (there were 5 of us) & the weak water pressure but otherwise great place to stay , beds are comfortable & the free parking was a bonus. "

"This property is a great affordable option for a stay in Nanaimo! Check in was easy, finding the door was a bit annoying because there’s 3 doors in the check in building but 2 of them are unlocked (really not a big deal). Laundry is on site which you have to pay for minimum $10 but they also have laundry detergent to provide you. There was no elevator in the building so we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs.
10/10 we would stay again!"

"The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the view from our private balcony was awesome! We are always on the lookout for whales and this location was perfect. We spotted about 20 separate humpback whales at different times including a few mothers with active, entertaining calves. Putting the whole experience together it was a fantastic bargain."
