"Our room was clean, warm and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. All meals were very tasty and well presented. Afternoon tea was especially good. Relaxed and peaceful location. Fully enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel is a bit far out from the shops so unless you’re reasonably fit , you might need a car. Our room was large an good sized en suite. The other problem I would point out is that, iagain if you’re struggling with walking ,or require the aid of a stick or other walking aid there’s a lot of stairs to reach some of the rooms. My husband did struggle with them. Ideal for a one night stop over."
