“Room was lovely and cosy, clean and did the job for our two day stay. TV was a bit hit or miss. Only one small mirror in bathroom but no electric socket near the bathroom for drying or straighening hair, mirror in actual bedroom would have been very beneficial.”

“This was such a beautiful place to stay and our room was lovely! Alice was super helpful for getting around and where everything was. Having breakfast delivered to your door each am was brilliant and delicious! Alice really went the extra mile each day! Would definitely stay here again!!”

“Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

( rare in some places ) fresh milk and plenty refreshments. If ever in the area again we would definitely stay with them.”
