"Our stay was great, even though the snow was not so good. The room was good and clean, it would’ve been perfect if they would’ve had toilet paper but the front desk had some. Will definitely come back and would stay in Kendall 345!"

"The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango."

"Four and a half stars for sure! The host was very responsive. The studio is in an excellent location near the Main Street. Parking was very convenient- we parked close by and walked everywhere during our stay. The building is historic and really very cool.The studio was well appointed. We did have a hard time sleeping as the people upstairs were up talking super late and we could hear everyone coming and going. The second night we heard the base from a speaker in a bar nearby.
