“Place is great for a brief stay. The town of Richmond is quite nice and picturesque. The AC was really good and the check in process was easy.”

“The first room we were given had hair on both pillows and some sort of secretion on the sheets. When I went to complain I was asked if it was my wife’s hair. Why would I be complaining if it was our own hair. We were given a second room where the bed looked ok but there were good crumbs on the dresser and hair in the shower stall. We were tired after a long trip so we dealt with it but we will never stay there again.”
