“On check in (9pm) the night shift lady that helped us was very nice and friendly and that’s about as good as it got. I booked the best & most expensive suite they offered which included a balcony and Jacuzzi tub. As soon as we walked into the room you could tell they had not cleaned this room in a very long time, there was a ton of dust and dead bugs all over the room. The carpet needed vacuuming, tile floor needed to be mopped, the jacuzzi was very dirty, we almost walked into a giant spider……

“Our room was clean and smelled good. Only thing I didn’t like were the bed pillows. They were to small and went flat quickly. I also left my good bed pillow by accident.”

“The room smelled horribly of mold and mildew and writhing the first few minutes I saw at least 5 cockroaches and a small spider or some type of bug crawling on me. There was no way I could stay there!”

“The room was clean, big and open, yet had an "older" stale feel to it. The window AC had a hard time keeping the room cool. The bathroom was nicely tiled and the shower was great. We appreciated the extra bath towels in the room without having to bother housekeeping to bring more. We utilized the balcony and took our drinks out there from the bar. Very nice view of the park.”

“Great a/c, staff was great, whole place is gorgeous. Parking lot sucks bad and the cold plunge looked questionable. Otherwise a great stay!”
