East Rutherford Castle Hotels

Awesome stay!

The staff was very friendly the continental breakfast was great .

The restaurant was not great. They ran out of a lot by 9. Then they forgot part of my order (chicken Caesar and I had to wait another 1-2 hr for it. The burger that I got was cold and they didn’t have any fries left. They are open until 11 and there was no one in it so it was a bit confusing as to the wait.

Conveniently located , easy bus access to NYC.

Andrew, Alliyah, Briana, and Joel great smiles.I appreciated that. They were very accomodating. Coffee was good. These is a hardworking team. Hallways always clean. My room was very comfortable. Easy access anywhere. They suggested a great place for food. Rumba Cubana(yum). I was raised in the area and feel as though I made some new friends. Great Job Team. All the best. Room 204 Gina from Jersey.

Clean and great staff

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff is very friendly. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Great spot for a first time trip to NYC, was close to everything and the hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great location and facility

For the price point & location, this property is great despite small rooms & showers.

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

Nice bakery for breakfast.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. The rooms, though small, are smartly designed. Bulky luggage can be stowed on the roll-out shelf under the bed, and the bedside table has a slide-out shelf to accommodate your laptop. Even though you're in midtown, the hotel's updated windows help block annoying street noise. The funky design elements are amusing, and the overall cleanliness of this hotel is the cherry on top.

The staff were very kind and helpful!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing
