Complimentary breakfast delicious and plenty food, hot and cold drinks to start your day. Definitely would really recommend staying here.……

“Really enjoyable stay. Room was bigger than any we’ve stayed in Folkstone - junior suit. Woke up to the sun rise and staff were above and beyond. Would go back. Great breakfast. ”

“Nice location, nice room but the bed was too soft for our liking. Unfortunately the pub next door had a band and loud karaoke until very late then the dustmen went past about 4 times at 6 o'clock. A very disturbing night because of the surroundings.”

“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late……

“We booked a couple of rooms for a family wedding at a venue close by. Overall, it was excellent value for money and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely and quiet and the breakfast was great. Very happy. ”

“It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. All in all a good stay - thank you Bat & ball Xx”

“We regularly eat here but this was the first time we had ever stayed overnight. Our bedroom was beautiful with lovely views over the garden. Really comfortable bed and clean linen. Good sized shower and had everything that you needed. Helpful staff and easy check in. Definitely recommend. We will be returning. ”
