"Staff I arrived very early to hotel with advance notice. I did not notice the reply to my request for early arrival. I spoke to on duty desk manager and asked if there was any way i could get into first available room . I waited and waited and waited and asked for a managers name after 3 hours waiting I was given a gentleman's name not on a business card but hand written note. After waiting another hour I came to front desk and was told that this was manager Cinthya Corona that was almost 5 hours of waiting at that point. I slept waiting in the pool area on lounge chair most of the time . I was finally given a room after almost 6 hours waiting. I have stayed at this location for many years and never had this experience ever. I'm platinum traveler on expedia and also member of fiesta rewards. I travel 2 times every month different locations. Not sure what can be done so this doesn't happen again."

"Covveniently located right next to terminal 1. Staff were great and the next morning a free ride to terminal 2."

"This is the perfect place to stay for an early morning flight! I found the pod I was assigned very comfortable, although it did smell slightly of 'sweat/body odor' until I put on the AC in the pod. They provide you with earpods, earplugs and water. The showers were clean and had soap/shampoo. Everything was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that they have more 'benches' to open up your suitcases etc. onto. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended!! Easy to find too with their instructions."

"They steal more than 7000 US $$ on my cards after I left the hotel . I left the hotel at 5 Am on November 23 i went to another city,on 24 I bought something for 25 $$ on my cards both got declined, I only used them to pay for food and the hotel room.when I called one of my bank they informed me the same day I left the hotel; there were 42 orders placed on AliExpress on my master card which I didn’t make. And I m still calling the second bank to lock my Visa card. Believe me I have an idea who stole the card information. Because the first day when I got to the hotel the young lady took the card place it on the front desk trying to make the payment it turned it just thanks a glance i think they record my card with the camera at the desk without my knowledge.. ladronnnnn ladronnnn ladronnnn"
