“place was excellent, service was very personal and dedicated. hotel is excellently situated right in the center of Le Marais. we had a small "hiccup" with the elevator not working, the hotel went out of their way to assist us, first bringing everything to our room and later - moving us down to a lower (But even larger) room to make us feel comfortable and even gave us some discount on the room. we appreciate it very much and will come back!”
