"Great stay"

"We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never came into the room during our stay. We had to ask for more towels from the front desk and all of our dirty towels piled on the bathroom floor as there was no where to put them. The beds were a little more on the stiff side but not so uncomfortable that it was hard to sleep. Overall it was a fantastic stay and the staff we interacted with was extremely pleasant and helpful. "

"The best is their staff. I didn’t catch his name but if you look me up you can see who checked me in. I hope you do. I had so much going on in my life these past 2 week. I had difficult situation that morning. I found your hotel. When I came in I was crying. He asked if I was okay. The most kind person I have ever met in any hotel and many places. I passed him a few times that night leaving to go to my car. Each time he had a smile and each time he asked if I’m okay, so genuine. He is very kind and so thoughtful. It made me feel like someone actually like someone actually cared. The world needs more people like him. Thank you for being so kind. I wish you the best in life…..to the gentleman that checked me in that day this is a message for you. "
