Check in was easy and the location is great provided you don’t mind taking public transit into the City Centre. There are multiple bus lines that are nearby, which made it super convenient.
The first lady we saw , took our luggage and put it out back for us , as we arrived before check in . She was very pleasant . When we went back to sign in , a guy was working, he really needs a different job as he was rude and unhelpful . The two ladies working in the morning were lovely. I had the best sleep ever ! The beds are super comfortable.

Great location on the water and bus lines. Price was reasonable but had paid parking and no free breakfast included. Many doorways to contend with. Lobby and exterior of the building drab. No pool or exercise area but wifi free and good. Dockside restaurant area was nice and close to other sights by car or bus. Took about 25 minutes to bus downtown but no transfer required. The Hop on off bus stops close by which was handy. Took clean. Bathroom good but bathtub deep and narrow.
The room was spic and span and very clean. They had ample parking space and a restaurant that had a huge selection.. By far the best breakfast service of my Scotland trips. The rooms are a bit small but the beds were comfortable. The showers worked very well.. We stayed for 1 night and I would recommned this hotel. The bus stop that has the bus to the city centre/ castle is just a 2 min walk basically once the parking ends.
A good place to stay, I recommend it. Easy access to airport via tram service walking distance. Room was clean, restaurants near by.
2 things that could be improved:
The bathtub is very high and for a short person to climb in to have a shower is not easy and almost dangerous.
The other is I had a credit card with a 5 number PIN and it did not work on their terminal, it only accepts 4 numbers PIN. My bank here informed me that the terminal must be programmed or set to accept the 5 number PIN. Luckily, I had another card.
To resume, I would go back.

Needs more attention to grounds--Rooms were fine
The room itself was clean and fine.. Since it was a hot stretch, it was essential that they provided a fan. The lack of air conditioning is, I guess to be expected, but the thermostat in the room did appear broken. My major concern was with the lack of upkeep of the parking lots and grounds of the hotel. Twice there were broken bottles by the building, and the tables frequently needed more cleaning at the restaurant. The outside tables sat with glasses on them for hours at a time. An ice machine would be a nice touch somewhere in the hotel too. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean
Clean & spacious family quad room.
No mini fridge or microwave, as one might expect when travelling elsewhere.
Friendly staff and easy location to get around as it was close to a bus & tram stop.
I was disappointed at being charged to check in 90 minutes early when I was told the room was available when I arrived. If the room was ready what difference does it make if you check in a bit early?
We had a horrible stay. I believe one of the worst stays ever. We complained about the toilet not working properly and they said they would send someone to fix it. Then the room we had was Close to the front desk and we couldn’t hear a bang every time a door closed. Then the toilet totally backed up and ran water over the entire floor. They finally moved us to another room for are last night. A little too late. Not impressed
