“Clean room staff was very nice great area we even stayed an extra night !”

“The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.”

“Bathroom light flickered, changed room. Second room not ready for guest, hot, turned on AC and left, came back at 11:30 PM, window night shade would not come down, we had to fix it, also AC unit blew black stuff out all over 1 of the beds. No do not disturb door hanger, and was woken up by house keeping, and placed in room by the pool and heavy traffic. Black mold in the shower ceiling. Bed was hard and pillows were old and balled up from washing, towels were old. I have left note for manager……
