“The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. ”

“Minor questions were answered promptly, the view is spectacular of the mountains and the city. The apartment I was told by the front desk has 9 inches of concrete in between floors, so you don’t hear your neighbors, the deck is large and accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Amazing sound system, great TV, awesome fireplace.Honestly I think I got a steal of a deal when I averaged all costs and the cost per night. Highly recommend. ”

“Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter...

“The property was (initially) as advertised. The house was clean and well appointed. As we got in very late on our first night, we ordered in and got an early start on the day deciding to have a 'chill' night in enjoying the hot tub (that was the deciding factor in switching my reservation from a nearby hotel with pool and jacuzzi to this property). "La atencion a las personas que no dominamos el idioma ingles, se nota algo de distancia entre la persona que se encuentra en el loby stendiendo en el check in. Por otro lado las personas de limpieza y del restaurant son muy amables y cordiales. "

"Loved the scenery and hotel and it was a wonderful place to have a nice view of Garden of the gods before visiting the park. However, the service was average for the kind of extremely high price they charge. Room was beautiful! but I fortunately found dust on the desk and the floor and a stain on a towel and I told the clerk as we checked out and she didn’t even apologize for that. The Grand View restaurant is simply amazing to enjoy the afternoon view but our waitress was not so good. Bummer! "
