“酒店大堂很宽敞漂亮，游泳池很大，沙滩上的躺椅也很气派。 早餐和晚餐的自助餐都不错 通往房间的走道有些狭小，房间也不太宽敞，家具也偏简单，没有五星酒店的应有的样子。”

“Galle is not merely existing the Dutch fort, but also with Le Grand. Modern elegance is beyond the words` description. Comfortable rooms with gorgeous view. Friendly staffs are super helpful. Surely, security is strict to bring your safe feelings. When you hear the sea waves hitting the rocks, you feel peaceful and consider this hotel is definitely a home you should stay longer.”

“Annoncé comme un 4 étoiles, je dirai que c’est plutôt un 2 étoiles. Niveau propreté ça laisse au désirer : nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes la chambre (gouttes de café sur les meubles de chevet et cadre de lit). Sans compter les draps et taies d’oreiller tachés. Nous avons dîné au restaurant la 1ere nuit...horrible vu le prix. La salade grecque a été revisitée en simples morceaux de tomates et de poivrons avec des tranches de fromage cheddar posées dessus. Sans sauce salade, sans rien! La plage……

Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend, ganz besonders das Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenließ und ein echtes Highlight für uns war. Unser Zimmer war immer sehr sauber, super gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch das Bad war ausreichend groß und modern gestaltet, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Der……

“Great location, rooms are beautifully decorated, Good swimming pool. Downside was dust in the rooms and dirty kitchen utensils which was pointed out to the reception. Overall great experience ”

“Hotel rooms were dirty, wall stains, bath stains, balcony door rusted and staff didn’t remember know much. They were nice but nice doesn’t get the job done unfortunately. Ended up only staying for 1 night and ended up going to another hotel due to this ”

“入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。”
