There are three separate spaces for people to be/hang out outside of the rooms, which worked really well for our family of 9. Parking was easy, and finding the place was also easy. I checked the exterior and there was no bbq and nobody was burning wood. There was a serious issue within the house , (we were worried it was an electrical issue because the refrigerator door was left open when we arrived and the smell started when we closed it).
