“We would like to thank all the staffs (Particularly the two waiters during the night shift) for their professional and friendly services. We had one of the most pleasant stays during our honeymoon at this hotel. The hotel will make you feel like staying at home on the one hand. On the other hand, they offer many delicious dishes at the restaurant. Besides staffs and the food, the hotel is very well located as it is around two mins walk to train station and three mins to the shops. We will……

“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”

“Hotel is right next to bus stop that goes to Thun, which is perfect if you need the convenience of travel. Staff is very friendly and assisted me when they couldn’t find my booking or work the safe. I dock a couple of stars because the room is slightly dated (no free outlets to plug into next to the beds) and there isn’t someone always at the front desk to help (but perhaps because I went off season). This place gets the job done for a night, and the views from the patio/balcony are just……
