"Siempre es un placer visitar Sosua by the Sea. Desde el personal,limpieza,restaurante sabroso sabor, rica bebidas y esa cervesita fria para la calor. Si buscas un lugar donde pasarla bien de manera tranquila o descanzar este es el lugar perfecto. Gracias a Jose, Norton, Justine el señor amable de la mesa dr souvenir en la playa y a todos los demas por sus atenciones."

"I went back and forth on how to rate this resort. There are definitely positives, but a few key issues shaped my experience. The property is well maintained and small enough that it’s easy to navigate. The beach is beautiful, and I really appreciated that vendors were respectful—if you said no, they moved on without pressure. The room was also great: clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. The biggest downside was the food. The buffet was mediocre at best—edible, but not enjoyable. I can’t speak to the specialty restaurants because there was never any availability during my stay. That may be partly on me for not reserving earlier, but it was still disappointing given the weak buffet options. Staff members were very nice though. Always smiling. Another issue was departure. Ubers aren’t allowed on the property. We had to walk about 20 minutes outside the resort to meet our ride, along a busy and somewhat unsafe road. No one at the resort would assist us with a cart, which made it even more frustrating. They were basically like: Good luck! Because of the food and the departure experience, I likely won't return. But I am persuadable with a good price!"

"The best about this stay was the variety in their food menu. Although breakfast was simple, their lunch and dinner options were extensive. Besides the teatre, there were no other attractions/shows so it was very boring. No inside pool bar, and the other bars were far from the pools. The proporty was wheelchair accessible, but the bathroom inside the room was not. Overwall, the property was boring, overrated and pricey. "

"The hotel is spacious and clean lots of pools to sit by and the staff is very friendly. However, the junior suits are facing the main road which is VERY VERY LOUD. I had to sleep with ear plugs. They also have a wierd thing about cleaning and changing the towels, as in they don't do that, you need to pay extra. For a short stay it's probably good value for money but I wouldn't come for a full vacation, at least not in the junior suits."
