“Such a clean property wow ”

“This property was not easy to find because I was not aware it was an AericaInn, and the sign, and gps, has not changed. It would have been helpful to know that. The staff was friendly. Disappointed there was not a market to purchase a pain reliever, due to a headache. The entryway was dark, and not real welcoming, and entering the room was VERY dark, no lighting in the little hallway. Breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs were gone, and when the staff brought out a bag that had been……

“Rooms were clean, smelled clean, staff was nice. Room fridge didn’t work only found that out when we went to grab food from it. ”

“Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. ”

“It was a very nice room. It was easy to get to off the highway. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having a little kitchenette, although we didn’t really use it for much.”

“The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub.……

“No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers.”
