“We’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to add some hiking trips in the surrounding areas. This place is about 2 miles from Broadway and average less than 10 per trip by rideshare. Close walk to 12 South. There’s a Hattie Bs and Maple Street biscuit within two blocks. There’s a Publix about four blocks. It’s close enough to downtown to be convenient but without the hassle of paying to park and with some more living space than a hotel room”

“The place is thoughtfully placed and had everything that we needed! The bed was comfortable and had plenty of sheets and blankets needed for chilly weather. Was nice to have a little kitchen setup to heat up leftovers. Cute decor and fun coffee table books. ”

“We have been staying at vrbo locations for the past month. This location was wonderful! We felt safe. It was very clean. It was bright and cheery. Communication was perfect! I even screwed up my dates as I had been on the road for so many days I lost track and they were able to give us an extra night on the fly with no issues. It offered of the ammenities we needed and then some.Parking was simple and easy. We never needed the garage. Street parking was ample. The host was very kind. Location……
