“The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. “The home is large and spacious. We had a group of 6 with plenty of room. Our host was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE when it came to replacing the coffee pot and we had a new one within the hour.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this charming row home in Bloomingdale. The property was well-appointed, and exactly as described online. The check-in process would be a minor area for improvement. We traveled from afar and it would have been helpful to receive the access instructions more than 24hours in advance of our arrival as noted. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to major attractions, with easy access to public transit.……

“We had a great long weekend at this townhouse in DC. Great location - amazing neighborhood with access to fun restaurants, bars, and shopping. And it's very easy to get to all the tourists spots you might want to visit. The host has thought of everything and it is a huge bonus that there is a protected parking space in the back of the house. Highly recommend!”

“Awesome location, room for all of us”

“Not only is the home beautiful, it was the perfect size for our large friend group. Luke and Stephen were the perfect hosts. I cannot say enough how beautiful everything was. Best of all, check-in and check-out was a breeze! We had a blast!”

“This rental is about convenience and location. A half a block from U Street and a green line metro station -- that was the perfect combo for our needs: good restaurants and easy access to Smithsonian museums. We ate in the neighborhood all three nights (Barcelona, Doi Moi and Eatopia) and happy with all. Self check-in and check-out were easy, too. Each bedroom has a double bed that can sleep two. Two full baths (and a half bath on main floor) also a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to……
