“We were given the family room on the second floor instead of a double room due to double booking. I would not recommend it if you have knee problems as there is no lift. Bed is comfortable had a good quiet nights sleep with the heater turned off. It is conveniently located to the Royal and Derngate theatre. ”

“Decor in need of a bit of an update. Stairwell really creaky underfoot. After going south to go north one day, I discovered that wasn’t necessary because of the exit behind the food court I discovered on a walk the next day. Wish I’d been told about it. ”
