Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as the rest of our experience was good. Only other comment would be about the pillows - firm far too firm and soft far too soft!"
