Festival Place Tours

Good location for events at Rogers, but parking was a bit of a cluster. No parking at the property; was directed to a local parking garage. I was told that they took the parking fee on site. However, when I left the garage, I was required to then pay again to vacate. That was a touch disappointing, especially when the hotel said that was a $35 fee, yet when paying myself, it was $17. Rooms were tidy. Likely an error on my behalf, but when booking a room with two beds, realizing they were two doubles wasn’t great. When travelling with children, two adults sharing a double was extremely tight. Again, that could have most definitely been my error at the time of booking, I’m just used to always having two queens in rooms.

The staff here are incredible, super friendly and helpful during our stay. Made us feel very special! We had a fantastic view of the river valley. Comfortable bed and pillows. Will be staying here again.
