Charming pre-war one bedroom (with king bed), one full bath carriage house remodeled in the NoHo neighborhood - ¾ mile to Historic Downtown Flagstaff (15-minute walk), ¼ mile to the grocery store (5-minute walk), NAU 1 ¼ miles (25-minute walk) and steps to the Flagstaff Medical Center.

Kitchenette with Shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. The Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom have a speedy, streaming WiFi connection.

The entire home is yours during your stay. The pre-war bungalow features one bedroom with a king bed in the great room and a full bath remodeled in 2020 on Hospital Hill - NoHo - ¾ mile to historic downtown Flagstaff.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, vanity, and one-piece Kohler toilet. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the shower.

The kitchenette features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. The French door refrigerator is stainless steel. There is a countertop microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. There is one parking spot in front of the house. We welcome QUIET dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs.

The 1939-built garage has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent Stone Lodge.
