"Clean rooms. Great stay!!"

"Staff at check in was very friendly! Location on the beach was perfect! The view from our room was great! Water in sink took forever to go down. Tub needs an upgrade. For the price we paid $216 total on a Saturday and Sunday night we were satisfied. Woke up this morning to a false alarm fire alarm at 6:15 AM. Walking location to other places was perfect also! "

"Photos are EXTREMELY deceiving! DO NOT…. I repeat… DO NOT spend your money here! Staff is DRY, RUDE and TOTALLY unprofessional. This is a MOTEL and should be advertised as such! Rooms are old and feel nasty and dirty! visible rust, paint chipping, dilapidated furniture The ONE night I stayed, I slept with all clothes on and checked out the very next morning! You can tell the property is privately owned and the owner OBVIOUSLY hasn’t invested any money into the building on a VERY VERY LONG TIME! Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Good Luck! "

"My stay at Beachside Resort in Panama City was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The internet made it look like a great place, but that was very misleading. The room had an unpleasant smell, almost like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. We were given an upgrade, and while the upgraded room was a little better, it still wasn’t anything to brag about. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not stay here again, even if it were free."

"The room was clean but dated. We had to call for fresh towels daily. We stayed on the second floor with balcony. The palm trees blocked the view from the balcony. The only ice machine is in the hotel restaurant. We loved that it has a private beach. "
