"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong is that you can hear every single noise coming from the street. The highway is right next to the hotel and all night I heard cars zooming past. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you but aside from that, it was great. "

"Upon arrival, I waited over an hour for a key card due to system issues. When I finally received a key to room #1, I discovered the room was occupied. The second room #2 was given and it was also occupied. I was ultimately placed in room#3, but because of the delays I had to rush to my scheduled event. When I returned to my room after midnight, the toilet would not flush. With no maintenance on-site, I was transferred to yet another room#4 at around 2:00 AM. This resulted in significant disruption, lost rest, and overall frustration. Despite these repeated issues, I did not receive any form of compensation—no credit, discount, points, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused."

"Hotel was very well decorated for the price of the rooms. Room was very clean. One issue with a/c not working but management was quick to move me to another room. Seemed other guests had same issues in other rooms. Both rooms had great views of downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods and drinks available. Despite being next to Dart rail the hotel and rooms were very quiet. A definite choice for my next visit. "
