Oceanview Condo with Heated Pool – Right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!

Directly on the Hollywood beach boardwalk! Faces the ocean! It has its proper inspection passed successfully.
You will love this place! It simply does not get any better than this! Incredible ocean views and steps to the sand and surf.
Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo directly on the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building.
There’s a queen bed in the master bedroom (also one queen size futon sleeper in the living room in the living room)
Assigned Free parking is included: Only ONE parking spot: sedan car or small car sorry no space for a big truck. According to the new regulations. It cannot be longer than 176 inches. (Check the size of the SUV ) Additional guest parking you will find one block from the building - City parking - charge you a fee.
A gorgeous open pool overlooks the ocean—2nd floor.
The apartment is on the 6th floor. Not suitable for people with physical disabilities or who cannot take stairs. There is an elevator, but you will need.
to take the stairs in case of Hurricanes or any problem with the elevator..
You will find beach towels and linens in the apartment. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are not included in the rental. However if you see them in the closet, feel free to use it.

Beautiful location and property, even nicer in person. Parking was a bit of a hassle naturally because it’s right on the beach, so it was understandable. Luckily, the owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the parking process and the process all around. Highly recommend this property, it is well maintained and the pool was amazing! Perfect view and excellent location

Great location and perfect access to the boardwalk and plenty of activities and restaurants steps away on the beach.Very accommodating for all our needs.We truly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.Parking situation was a little confusing but all worked out with communication from host who was amazing! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic Hollywood Broadwalk ocean/beachfront location steps from the action. Nice heated pool we enjoyed. Nice building. Nice unit. Great communication from the owner. Had a great stay. Will definitely stay again. Recommend.

Beautiful view from 6th floor. Close to action. Nice pool. Could not trust elevator. It is in process of maintenance.Needs some updating and deep clean IMO.

You don't have your own balcony, you share a walkway with next door neighbors. Parking lot is not on the premises, it is one block away. The inside is dated, need some upgrades. Overall the location and ocean view are the best.

Great view, dated condo

If you only care about the view this rental is a 10. If you are an experienced vacationer who is going to get your oceanfront view where ever you rent and also expect excellent interior of your rental you will be disappointed. Calling this condo beautiful and upscale is just not true.

Great location

I enjoyed the stay, great location as , however the property is dated . But location is great! Lourdes is very nice. But my suggestion is to remodel her condo. Condo needs some work done. If you’re traveling is a couple it’s enough but it’s not enough to stay with kids probably needs two bedroom otherwise everything is there for you camping lol Thank you !

Vacation trip

Great value for the boardwalk location & beautiful oceanfront views. Condo is very quiet & the pool was oceanfront on the second level just a few steps down to the boardwalk gate. La Playa condo complex is secure with cameras all over. Laundry room was clean $1.75 per wash & drying. Condo unit is somewhat dated but is stocked with everything you will need. Walmart grocery or Publix is 1.7 miles away. Owner is very quick to respond of any needs.

Great Location

Great location right on the boardwalk on Hollywood beach! Secure and private building was a nice spot to stay. We didn't use the pool, but it was very clean! Condo had everything we needed, chairs for the beach (though they could be replaced, one was broken) umbrella, all the appliances and dishes you would need. Bathroom was nice and updated and the bed was super comfortable! Also had plenty of extra pillows and blankets which was nice. There was a large hole in the ceiling with plastic taped over it, so that was a little strange to not be informed of ahead of time, but didn't affect the stay at all. Some half drank water bottles and some garbage were left in the fridge when we got there which was weird. But also, not a huge deal. To get into the building initially was a little difficult because the system wasn't working right, but it was sorted out. Overall we had a great stay!

Very good location, nice apartment. Lourdes is a gracious and resourceful host. We were not lucky with the weather , rained every day, but that’s nature.Beautiful 4th of July fireworks show, just in front of our balcony.

Hollywood Beach

Best area we have ever stayed in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Walking distance to anything beach. Free music, good food, and,not over crowded beach.

Location location location !

Great condo with perfect location to all restaurants and music on the broadwalk !!!We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony! The pool was great for our 2 year old granddaughter! Lourdes met us at our arrival and also when we left!! Condo itself is a bit older but everything was functional. A/C worked great!! I would go back there in a heartbeat!!

Condo is in a great building.. The unit was smaller than I expected and the living space was crowded with furniture. It could have been a bit cleaner - especially the floors. Lourdes was easy to work with.
