The staff is amazing Massimo, and Dario came through with last-minute airport transportation arrangements and were very helpful. The full breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location was convenient near San Marco square. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was noise from people in the upper floors and hallway, but overall it was a very good experience.

Our room was facing the Grand Canal with two balconies from french doors. The location is halfway up the canal, with a Vaporetto station a block away and Gondola rentals next to the hotel. Good air conditioning and with buffet breakfast included. Value for money-highly recommended.
