“Our first room had a broken tv, we had a king and was switched to a queen, we get to the room and its two double beds. I’m disabled and this is an issue for me since there was barely space between the beds and the table in the room. There was exposed wires where there should’ve been a smoke detector, mold in the fridge, exposed worded above the shower, unswept floors and that’s barely half of it. We finally got switched and the room was a queen but the toilet barely flushed, was constantly……

“Breakfast was good everything was delicious. Could have been hotter. The breakfast staff did an excellent job. Our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. The reason we chose Residence Inn was for the hot tub and pool and both were out of commission for our entire stay. We enjoyed our suite it was so nice. The entire staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel was very disappointing. The reception area was dirty, and unfortunately, the room was also not clean. The carpet was visibly dirty and there was a horrible smell in the room. I expected much better cleanliness and hygiene from the hotel. This experience was very unpleasant and does not match the standard I expected.”
