"We booked this spacious beach house to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday, and it was perfect for our family of 23! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out for large groups.The 2nd floor features a king bedroom with a bathroom, a queen bunk room with a nearby bathroom, a full kitchen, dining and living areas, washer/dryer, cozy sitting nook, and a beach-facing patio ideal for sunrise coffee.3rd floor, there are 3 king bedrooms (each with a futon and private bath) and 3 queen rooms with 3 twin bunks and private baths. All rooms have TVs, and the king rooms open to a balcony with stunning beach views.Extras include ample parking, a charcoal grill, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfy beds. Décor is simple and tasteful.Recommend you bring extra toilet paper, dish soap, hand towels, and washcloths if staying more than two nights, starter supplies are provided. Note: the home isn’t ADA accessible and has stairs to enter and reach the 3rd floor.Located in a peaceful area with a nearby convenience store and Walmart 15–20 minutes away. Andrew, our host, was responsive and made check-in a breeze (thank you)!We’d absolutely return for future gatherings. Highly recommend for large groups seeking a scenic, relaxing beach getaway!"
