"It was a great stay overall, steps from the beach so I could sit on the deck and watch the kids (12 and 15) plan in the sand, the gate on the deck was great to keep the dog from running down. Everything was clean and in fairly good condition. We didn't cook but the kitchen would have allowed it. Only minor flaws in our opinion was the smaller deck chairs were a bit flimsy, and my husband felt the queen bed was too soft, but he's a back sleeper and likes a super firm mattress. I slept like a baby. We'd for sure consider staying again. The outdoor shower was perfect to get the sand washed off before heading up. We really had a great weekend."

You are walking distance to a convenience/liquor store, two different restaurants, and the walkway over the dunes. I will definitely book again. Really appreciated the streaming options already loaded on the TV. The extra beach stuff was super convenient."

"We all enjoyed our stay. The house was just right for our family (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler). It's very close to the beach - just a VERY short walk. It's nothing fancy but its perfect for a family vacation. The communication was great. Answered quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely rent this place again."
