“It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!”

“Very nice two-bedroom house (one floor) in a quiet area that is only a five-minute golf cart trip from the beach or a 10-minute walk. Clean, comfortable with a small shaded back yard near the golf course. It's perfect for two couples or momdad plus kids. ”

“Beautiful house, all was awesome! the only comment is there should be bigger warning signs on the roads regarding the ban to access the sea walls and maybe in the house instructions. our son went on the rocks and received a 100 citation from Fripp Island security. It is very dangerous and we told them there should be bigger signs.”

“We've been coming to Fripp since 2013. We've always tried to stay on Bonito for the central location but decided to make a change this year. And boy are we glad we did. This is where the pros stay. The views are just incredible. This property did not disappoint. It had it all. Beautifully decorated. The kids loved the enclosed porch, with big sofa and many blankets on the main floor. Binoculars were a nice touch! I loved mornings and sunsets on the deck off the Master suite. This house has all……

“This house is beachfront and that kind of view can't be beat. Responsive property manager. There is normal beach rental wear and tear on the home but we weren't without anything we needed and settled in very well. Bring extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets as only the initial supplies are provided. ”

“We have stayed in this home numerous times. In fact, we do not even look for other properties when planning our Fripp Island week. The kitchen is wonderful and the open area nearby makes family time possible. MY favorite room in this lovely beach home is the sunroom just off the living room area. The home affords fabulous views of the dunes and the ocean ... and you are right next to the boardwalk! We love staying here and have already booked next summer's stay! ”
