"We had a terrific vacatio!. Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, enjoyed our stay. There were lots of activities for all. The staff members are very accommodating and courteous. The villa was perfect for our family. We are definitely making plans to come again."

"Unfortunately this ended up being one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was quite disappointing being that we were traveling for both my birthday and our engagement. And it’s not a cheap place either. The room was motel-level for a 4 star price. The room was absolutely filthy — layers of dust, mold, dirty floors. It was very clear that the housekeeping here only changes the bed sheets and doesn’t touch anything else. I ended up bringing it up to guest services and Collette was wonderful and immediately remedied the situation by upgrading us to a much better and cleaner room. (5 stars for the front desk staff) They charge a hefty fee of $90/night to bring our 2 small pups so we had an extra $180 charge for essentially nothing because the rooms are dirtier than anything a dog could ever possibly do. The property itself is adorable and in such a great location. I just wish they would actually clean their rooms properly. There’s a difference between old and just plain dirty. "
