Fultondale Chalets

Very nice property. Comfy room and bed, and great breakfast. Very clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here before flying home from Birmingham Airport.

The hotel has been open for about 1 month. The rooms are very large and comfortable, equipped with a mini kitchen. It is conducive to long stays and would work well for business travellers. The staff was extremely friendly. This is my hotel of choice when staying in this area just north of Birmingham.

Room was clean along with the bathroom, shower was roomy and had good water pressure. TV worked fine, all lights were working, plenty of clean towels. They had a small pool and exercise room. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking. This location was just over a small hill from Interstate 65 which meant it was a little more quiet than some others. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Plenty to eat in the morning if you wanted that.

The customer service is was makes the hotel! Everyone wasnt as bubbly/happy, but Alicia and Della from the kitchen are the perfect example of great employees and perfect face for representing this company.

Really nice facilities, the staff as exceptional. The lemon water in the lobby was always refreshing. We enjoyed the daily news paper being available. We highly recommend this location and we will definitely stay here again. I was able to exercise, relax and sleep peacefully. Super super safe location.

Everything was wonderful. The updates since the last time i stayed here are awesome. The room smelled so good and clean.

Clean room and public areas. Practical design of the rooms. Definitely newly built. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They kept it replenished throughout the 630-900 service time. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Only stayed one night but we had a great expierence nice area

This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. You have to first park in...

The room was clean and smelled wonderful (both reasons I generally stay at Hampton Inns), the people were friendly, the breakfast was good and the packed lunch was a bonus. It was the first time I had ever been able to hear anyone in another room (maybe the insulation between the rooms wasn't quite as good as it might have been??) but as soon as I called and complained, it was taken care of....

Hotel was clean and room was spacious

Free drinks 6-8

Everything was very good! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.

Great location , parking and staff. Restaurant wasn’t great, beautiful bathroom and clean room altogether

Nice hotel located in a nice area. The hotel itself is tucked away in a secluded location but is still very close to every shop you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Typical amenities that you expect. A free hot breakfast in the morning. We stayed here as a resting point on our way to Florida because our normal hotel (Drury Inn - the highly rated one) was full. We liked this hotel so much that we decided to book it for the return trip (Expedia was $17 cheaper than the...
