"The Inn is definitely an Oasis. Driving up to this beautiful property surrounded by palm trees in the middle of Death Valley is a wonderful surprise. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and told where to park and unload. At the front desk we were greeted and told our room had been upgraded. It was a beautiful room, but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly. As soon as we let the front desk know, they immediately gave us keys to another even better room.
