Only reason we booked was the amenities. On top of that I am handicap and was put on 2nd floor and elevator out of use. 1st night a herd of kids staying and we’re also on 2nd floor screaming running up and down the hallway. Throwing fruit at me and our dogs. 1st night was hell. The door leading outside made a very loud noise when closing, which was easily heard and a bit disruptive. The pool experience was also not ideal—there was a group of kids with adults who were splashing and diving, and it would’ve helped to have more staff surveillance to maintain a calmer environment. When we went to the hot tub, we noticed a bandaid near it, which was disappointing. Breakfast was decent overall, but I was looking forward to it more. Seeing the “breakfast in a cup” option (microwaved eggs and cheese) was a bit of a letdown, though the rest of the food was good. Lastly, it would’ve been nice to have USB charging ports in the room for electronics. He was such a joy, and a wonderful welcome to the city. I really can’t say enough about the front desk and the lobby was immaculate. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. Clean everything. Room was pretty clean, but felt very basic. Pillows were skinny, did not feel luxurious and were hard to sleep with. Pool area was not enticing. I think some people would like the breakfast, they had many things on offer but much of it was high sugar and processed foods.
