“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property had a homey feel to it. We Refered to the Condo as going home each day after our activities of the day. The elevator made unloading and loading so easy. There was plenty of parking. It is very close to Walmart and Target. We enjoyed the full stocked kitchen. Every type of pots and pans to cook everything from eggs and bacon in the morning to a steak in the evening. We liked the balcony having coffee in the morning and enjoying wine in the evening. It……

“Host was very communicative and responded quickly to inquiries. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi soaking tub and my son enjoyed the bean bag chair. Outside we enjoyed the hammock and small disc golf course. We had a very peaceful and quiet stay. Definitely recommend this property if/when needing to stay in Branson and want to be close to the Branson Landing, Conference Center, Dining and Shopping!”
