Little Pond Lodge is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

You’ll have full access to everything the cabin offers, including the game room, hot tub, and two spacious decks. Self-check-in is easy with keyless entry, and for peace of mind, the home is equipped with a front door security camera.

We want your stay at Little Pond Lodge to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our key policies:
• Maximum Guests: 8
• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout
• Parties & Events: Not permitted Outdoor camera at entrance for safety
• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.

It was a great place for the kids with the duck pond and the recreation room with full size bunk beds they loved it and wasn’t far from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and places to eat

Perfect Cabin for a family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Little Pond Cabin. It was spacious and clean and a perfect spot for a family vacation. Our children enjoyed playing by the pond, and visiting the ducks. The spacious porches were a great place to sit and relax. We recommend it!

Perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg

This cabin was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Beds were very comfortable. Location to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect. Grocery store just minutes away. Thank you for having us. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was awesome. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of games for the kiddos. Hot tub very clean. Great neighborhood. Had several bear encounters around the cabin. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful location!!!

Our family of 4 had the best time at the cabin! The layout, the upper and lower decks, spacious rooms and pond view were all 5 star! New, and very clean. Plus it’s fantastic location. We are grateful for stumbling upon this cabin and would recommend to anyone looking for something different that the hotel experience :)

Wonderful Getaway

Had a wonderful time and getaway at Little Pond Lodge. We were so excited to see a black bear walk along the pond's edge from our upper balcony. We really liked the coffee station provided. Great communication with the hosts. We will definitely be back, Recommend Highly going to Anakesta on a weekday. Loved the Local Goat, Sunliner, and playing golf at Sky Pirates.

Great Place For A Family Of 5

We have 3 daughters, 10/14/17, and we had a great time. They loved the pond and the hot tub. The location was perfect, 5 minutes to Gatlinburg and about 15 to the edge of Pigeon Forge. They had their own space downstairs for getting ready and hanging out at night. We would book again for sure.

Little Pond

During our trip to Gatlinburg we throughly enjoyed our stay at Little Pond Lodge. It was just what our little family needed for our getaway. Beautiful cabin, beautiful scenery, and our children loved the game area & hot tub. It was extremely clean, smelled wonderful upon arriving. We had no complaints. We enjoyed our getaway and our time at Little Pond. On our last morning we woke up to a winter wonderland covered with snow and that made our whole trip. Thank you again!

Great property

This property left us with an excellent location to relax, enjoy the pond, ducks, squirrels, and bears passing through. Our girls had a great time sleeping in their "playroom". The drive to the cabin was easy and allowed my terrain and a dodge ram to park in the drive. Traveling to downtown Gatlinburg was quick as well. I would recommend an oven mitt to be placed in the kitchen though.

Great cabin very near to Gatlinburg

There were 2 bedrooms with king beds, one upstairs and one downstairs (along with bunk beds in a separate area), which gave us privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub (located on the lower deck), pool table and arcade game, all of which was downstairs. Washer and dryer were downstairs as well. The kitchen was fully furnished with most everything you would need to eat in vs out. There's also a 2nd deck on the main floor. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our trip. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the 3 community ducks that were always ready for a snack. Crackers work well.

Incredible cabin!

We had an amazing experience staying here! Checkin was a breeze and from the moment we arrived till checkout, the whole process was smooth snd flawless. The cabin was simply beautiful and well kept. The kids definitely enjoyed the bunkbeds and having their own space to enjoy and play ganes. The arcade cabinet was a huge hit! Of course my wife and I enjoyed pool table and the hot tub as well. The views from the deck were stunning. As a rare treat we even got to see a black bear outside the cabin as well! All the little touches, like the christmas tree near the fireplace made our stay We had an incredible experience and hope to stay
