“While it was lovely to have a television and coffee maker and fireplace in the room, the room was so dark that the coffee maker was useless. It was also nice to have lovely bathrobes but there was no place to hang them or the towels or wash cloths. The breakfast was reasonably priced with a great selection just about anything you would want and you can return to the buffet if there's anything special you want more of.”

“We booked a room with fireplace like we do normally pay this extra type of room. We normally get 1 artificial log in the room. We discovered there was none. When we asked reception, the person said, sorry we have none in the hotel, I just checked…Very disappointed to pay for the fireplace and hotel purchasing dropped the ball a weekend day. On top, there was only 1 tiny tiny soap bar for both of us.. no liquid pomp or anything in the shower. No compensation of any kind was possible. They just……

“Excellent host cooked up a good breakfast with choices ranging from Bacon & Eggs, waffles,french toast, yogurt, fruit & juice plus warmed croissants & homemade jam. Amenities provided were excellent: Fridge, Keurig & coffee & microwave on bedroom level along with any needed cutlery/dishes etc. Beds were warm & comfortable, robes & slippers provided. All was very clean. Would certainly stay again. Only minus was rather limited parking necessitating careful manoeuvring when several guests……

“The room was a nice size but the bathroom was quite small without much counter space. Also there weren’t many drawers in the room to put clothes in. The breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. There is a restaurant on site. The food is Caribbean style and was flavourful. But we were disappointed by one thing - one of our fish meals was overcooked and tough, and after we complained, we were told that is how it is prepared in the Caribbean and did not offer to replace it.”
